A few beautiful Sundays ago I met Gina and Maurice for their engagement session. They chose Downtown St. Pete which I loved since they are from New Orleans (which so happens to be one of my favorite places as of this past January) and while St. Pete is by no means as fantastic as NOLA, capturing their relationship in an urban setting just felt right to all of us. Gina and Maurice are a pretty awesome duo and we have SO much in common. Between playing the alto saxophone, watching Family Guy and loving our iPhones we had a lot to talk about! I really enjoyed my time with this beautiful couple and it is completely evident in these following images:
I had to start with one of my favorites, This was one of the first set of images we shot that day, can you say natural modeling goddess? Gina, you dazzle me.

I LOVE LOVE this set! The left one is especially my favorite.
We let him keep his shades on for a few shots and Im SO glad we did. The hotness factor in this image is out of control! LOVE!
(plus I have a tiny cameo in this one if you look closely)
LOVE these two. I have no idea what I said but I think they might be laughing at my reaction to the first image. (if you’ve ever been in front of my camera, you know exactly what I mean)

Maurice busted out his Saxophone and I about died with excitement. I played the Sax for 3 years throughout middle school and I was darn good at it too, so to hear Maurice play for us was a real treat and it brought back some very special memories for me. Gina and Maurice told me that this saxophone is going to have a part at their wedding and I believe they said it was a bit of a surprise so Im going to keep my mouth shut. : )

While you are here, leave a comment to help Gina and Maurice get their hands on a free print for their wall! (Read more details here.)
